The Apartments
The ancient rural villa has 5 independent farm holidays apartments, all scrupulously restructured in the best Tuscan architectural tradition. Each apartment has a kitchen area, living room, private bath, Sat television. Travel cot for small children is available on request. The farmhouse is equipped with central heating system.
This is a two level apartment, of 60 m2. On the ground floor we can find the entrance-living room with a cooking corner and a two place sofa bed(possible extra bed for two), while the bedroom (160x200 bedsize) and the bathroom are situated on the first floor.
This is 45 m2 apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. It is composed by living room with bedsofa (2 pax) and cooking corner, 1 bedroom and adjacent bathroom.
Apartment, located on the ground floor measures 50 square meters and it's eqipped with 2 windows doors that make it particularly bright, giving a direct access to the garden.
This 50 m2 apartment is situated on the upper floor of the main house. The building is situated on hilly terrain and there for the apartment is easily accessable from the mountain side with 3 steps. From the windows overlooking the olive trees valley you may admire a striking sight.
This 60 m2 apartment is situated on the upper floor (1) of the main house. The building is situated on hilly terrainan there for the apartment is easily accessable from mountain side with 3 steps. Passing through the big dining room, equipped with a modern cooking corner and a double sofa you reach to the bedroom and the bathroom.
